i neednt even ask rite?all ppl here shud and wud luv chocolates... trust me, u will really have me shocked if u tell u dont like chocos!!! coz u wudnt knwo what u r missing!!!
well chocolate lovers, y dont u post some recipes of chocolate tht u luv, i'll put mine too.... my fav is CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE.... here goes the recipe!!
1 cup milk
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz) chocolate almond bar broken into pieces
2 oz baking chocolate broken into pieces
3 tbs unsweetened cocoa (can be omitted if you prefer a lighter chocolate flavor)
2 (10 oz) cartons of Cool Whip or other whipped topping.
Pour milk into large microwaveable mixing bowl. Add marshmallows, chocolate bar, baking chocolate. Cook 3 minutes in microwave on high. Stir. Continue cooking for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
Cool completely.
Stir whipped topping, reserving one half of one carton, into cooled chocolate mixture.
Pour into chocolate crumb crust. (recipe below)
Decorate top of pie with remaining whipped topping and chocolate sprinkles, shavings or almond slivers if desired.
Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
Mixture can also be served as traditional mousse in parfait glasses.
Chocolate Crumb Crust
20 Chocolate creme sandwich cookies
1/4 cup butter, melted
Place cookies a few at a time into blender or food processor to form crumbs. Place into a 10 inch quiche dish, deep pie plate or springform pan. Add melted butter. Mix will. Press firmly into bottom and part way up sides of dish. Cool. (Crust will be quite hard when completely cooled so press hard when cutting.)

Eggless Black Forest Cake
Ingredients
condensed milk 400 gms, sweetened
flour 225 gms
butter 125 gms
cocoa powder 4 tablespoons
aerated cola drink 200 ml
baking powder 1 teaspoon
cream 1 teaspoon
cherries ¼ cup
chocolate ½ cup, grated
Method
Mix the butter and sugar well.
Add all the dry ingredients and the cola drink and mix.
Pour in a greased plate and cook on power 60% for 3 minutes at high.
Allow it to stand for 5 minutes on the same oven.
Cool and slit the cake horizontally.
In a bowl whip the cream and sandwich the two layers with the cream.
Top with the cherries and grated chocolates.

I don't eat a lot of chocolate because it gets sickening after a while.

I also love chocolate and the truth is even if i am not allowed to eat them still i try to indulge in them once in a while. I hate the fact that chocolate can make me fat and you might even see in one of my discussions about the chocolate slowing the metabolism prcess of man... the name devil's food is really fit for it.. it's really evil but i am just human that can't resist temptations!

I dont like chocolates.May be Im the first person to say so.I never liked it even from my childhood.I dont like it sticking on to my teeth.
