sick and tired

Who else is sick and tired of joining site then later delete their membership for one reason or another for them to keep sending you emails? I have bounced back to sender over 300 emails this week wrote an email to them and still keep getting them.

It is easy for them to get your details and start sending nonsens but hard to get rid of. The must be a button somewhere you can press and it deletes them from your computer forever!!

thanks for the response. No matter how many times I bounce them back to sender they send more back.
