If you knew that the world will end in one year, how will you spend your time? I think I'll travel the world, experience as many things as I can, maximize my stay here on earth, and spend as much time as I can with my loved ones.

I'd definitely spend more time with family and dear friends. I would probably work less and enjoy life more. Wouldn't it be great if we actually DID what we say we WOULD if we thought the world would end soon? None of us are promised tomorrow.

I think the actual knowledge of the precise date when the world will end forces a person to reassess his/her life, take things into perspective, realize the things that matter most, and act on all realizations with urgency given the deadline... all the things that money can buy won't really matter anymore, there would probably be a radical shift in our attitutde towards material wealth. or, on the flip side of the coin, if everybody knew that the world will end, all hell will break loose...

you know this is a really good point. none of us have the promise that we will be here tomorrow, yet we put off doing what we should be doing today to tomorrow. Whatever you say you would do, is what you should do today. Before it is too late.

As much as possible I want to enjoy life. Travel the world, buy all the things that I want and doing new things that I haven't done but the reality is I don't have that money for all those things. So maybe I would just spend more time with my loved ones and meet new people and help them as possible as I can.

instead of frantically cramming all the things that i can do in one year, i'd probably realize that i don't have the resources to do everything in one year. instead, i'll be more introspective, and focus on all the things that truly give me joy -- the company of family, loved ones, and friends.

I would do the same thing and travel the world and see as much as I can. I would love to see Ireland, Scotland, Germany, and a few other places.
