Stronger Laws that protect citizens!

I beilieve that we have fine men and women of the armed forces, of the local municipalites such departments as police,and fire rescue. Unfortunately there are bad apples everywhere in the world. We have officers who sell drugs who kill innocent people during a routine spot for whatever the reason may be. The question is who is there to protect us when these people do illegal things to our community? police do whatever they want and infron of a juge ur always guilty!
