Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep. Tossing and turning. Your mind is racing, going over everything that happened today. Night noises keep you awake. What can you do? I giving some tips: Sleep only when sleepy : This reduces the time you are awake in bed.

Yah, all u have to do is to increase ur sleep quality. u can increase it by just spending ur time for 1hr. in the sun and do some excercise to ur body. and maintain one regular sleep cycle everyday. u can have a lot of energy in the day.
