I would say I have been in Delhi for past 5 years and it is no where nearer becoming a better place to live in there is still corruption and the city is not at all safe for woman though it is in one front like new frontier in communicaion has been developed and the per capita income of the perople are increasing and it is one of the highest among other India cities... but there is still issue of the basic amminities of life in the countries capital and all kind of people are flocking inn in each and every corner of the city and it is now saturated one.
