do you feel regularly conducting tests for students will improve the final result ? but i don't thing so. conducting exams regularly make the students get out of fear about exams,so they willnot prepare well and also valuator is not giving right comments about "how the student performed". i feel periodically(daily,weekly,monthly) conducting exams are time passing job . what u think ?
