Anybody here who knows what sinigang is? It's my super favorite dish, rice with this viand. Meal of my life ;)

I love sinigang, especially when it's a bit more sour than usual. Then combine it with patis with lots of crushed chili, and some hot, white, soft-sticky rice, and you're in heaven :D My favorite would be prawn sinigang, then pork. I don't really like the bangus variety. For the soup, I like the ones flavored with tamarind best. Guava is ok but doesn't quite give off the flavor tamarind does.

Yeah, always best with tamarind! allergic to seafood, do not eat pork, I always have beef sinigang, hehe! yummy!

Sinigang is also my super favorite dish. I just do not like to eat it if it was shrimp in it. pre, tulungan tayo mga pinoy. reply ka sa posts ko magrereply din ako sa posts mo. sayang iyong dollar na kikitain.

Same here, I cannot eat Sinigang na Hipon since I'm allergic to seafood. Just the tamarind soup with veggies is fine with me, uhmm yummy!

Filipino!? Yes, Sinigang is the best! Always love to eat it with rice of course.
