omg! i'm starting my driving lessons tomorrow! i'm nervous!

tomorrow's my first day of driving school and honestly, i'm scared. i'm also a little ashamed coz, i'm already 39 and i'd look like a trying hard woman behind the wheels! what if my students see me? what if the car stops in the middle of the road? what if i hit something or, worse, someone? i don't think i can get thru with this!

i'm really in a state of panic. told my husbnd already, do i have to? he just laughed and aid i'm worse than my son! i bet when he was also learning, he was this scared, too!

Just think of one step at a time. Don't think of the whole driving thing. Yes, it's scarey at first, but that's why you have an instructor. It will be ok. Just think of the first step, and none other. All you have to do is show up. That is the only step you have to take. That's what I think when I have to go somewhere I hate. The only thing I have to do is go get in the car. Best of Luck! and a li'l prayer :))

thank you very much! i've just been to the lessons and it turned out better than i thought it would be. somtimes, when we just give in to our fears, we prevent great things from ever happening, huh? i'm glad i made the first step already. tomorrow, it's the busy street of the market area then. wish me luck again and thanks for your concern!

i really hope i will! and do you know what time we will start? 6 in the morning! i'm usually still asleep at that time! but i had no choice coz that's the only time that's available tomorrow. sigh!

You will do wonderfully. I have every confidense in you. Nothing serious will happen. A driving instructor is just that .... an instructor. He or she will be the one who keeps you safe.
