teens and phones

Do you think teens should be allowed their cell phones at school?

no. it's disruptive and a distraction. i know most kids will set them to silent mode and not switch it off completely. they still receive text msgs in this mode and they will be responding accordingly during class. this is actually going on. they shd just ban it. place more public phones in the campus and charge less for it or let them make free calls from it. that should work.
