I maintain an office complex that has a synthetic stucco exterior.The northeast side has some water penetration that needs to be cut out and patched.We wanted to have a contractor resurface over the existing ,so there would be no evidence of a patch .One contractor says he can do this and another says it can,t be done , who is right.
