well that depends upon which part of the body u wannna peirce.....generally ppl peirce eyebrows..ears..cheek..which hardly takes minutes....

some health and beauty colleges teach this course you just have to find out which ones.

I know you need a license from the Department of Health to do it. My suggestion is to contact them, I am sure they offer a few classes.
