Do you think the reason for it's alarming rate is those who infect people agin agin beacuse of medications . Do you think the medical board show check out the live styles of these people before prolong their life. What about birth control or something sort of pernanent birth control, because it's really sad to see those children, who wont be able to have a fully healthy life beacuse of their parents actions. Agree, dont agree what is your opion.
