seems like today having kids is no biggie. everyone just pops em out most of the time at a very young age. i know with a member of my family this process just kept on and on! we all were telling her it wasnt all her job to populate the world!! how many is too many? should there be a limit like there is in other countries?? i have one kid...what do you think?

i have 3 girls and we are talking about trying one more time for a boy and that is all i want 4. i think that it is going back like in the old days when women married young and started there big families young. gose back to the old saying what gose around comes around, or life is a cycel and it starts over at some point

I think the most important thing to remember when opting to have more children is 1. the quality of time you will be able to give each of them, and 2. thinking about the cost of having more children. It's very expensive to raise even 1 child in these times, and when you think about the cost of clothing, feeding and caring for a child until about the age of 18, that really adds up. I think that if you know you cannot support a lot of children in the way they should be, then maybe people should think twice about having more. There's nothing wrong with having 1 to 10, just think about how the quality of THEIR life will be for 18 years..then decide. But I really don't think there should be a limit..there's too many factors there for that to be feasible.

I have three little ones.I don't think there should be a limit to how many kids one can have.I wouldn't want someone telling me how many kids I could have.

As long as the child is being bought into a loving environment I don't think there should be a limit as each family is different. I have 7 but I do know another family a few suburbs away that has 13. But the difference she did it soley for the money. Her three teenage daughters are all moms too.
