Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can be dangerous to the mother and the baby. Babies born to mothers who drink during pregnancy may have health problems. What do you think about it?

child with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome - This is a child's head, showing symptoms that are physical and show up quickly. FAS can happen with as little as one drink, and there's no way to tell if your child will develop it from one drink or fifty. Why risk it?
Not to mention things that may not show up till later from mothers drinking during pregnancy. Learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, aggresion, conduct disorders.

Absolutely true. It can make the child an acholic. It's awful. Mothers should be so careful with that and smoking.

of corse its dangerous!!i have a friend here,that was born whitout a hand,from the sholder. his mother was drinking and smoking when she wss pregnant whit him.the doctors said that he was born like this becouse of his mother!!

Yes, I think it is dangerous to drink during pregnancy. It increases the chances of the baby being born with developmental problems and mental retardation. A woman should not drink at all if she thinks she is pregnant.

I totaly agree with you. A mother that drinks in her 9 months will have a child with different problems.

This is very true alchol can damage the baby in many ways,so dont drink when your pregnant.

Still to this day in 2007, doctors have not ok'd any amount that is safe to drink while pregnant. It's best just not to drink at all, for your sake and for the baby's.
