Let's all learn from each other's mistakes! I'd like to talk about the mistakes in creative writing that keep pieces from making it into print. What have you done in your writing that may not have turned out so well as you hoped? I for one have let a few really stupid formatting glitches render my work totally incomprehensible, then didn't proofread! Oh that was a nasty day when I got my submission returned and looked at it for the first time. Anyone else have a story to share about not getting published for very good reasons?
