I'm trying to decide whether to throw a joint NYE party with a couple of friends. Does anyone have advice about how much champagne to buy per person, or how many people to invite for a party in a three-room apartment? I've never had a holiday party before, and I feel like New Year's is kind of a high pressure entertaining situation, so your advice is extremely welcome. No advice is too obvious, believe me! Thanks.
