How many discussions or comments do u have per day?

I first came here several days ago. I spent about 3 maybe 4 hours a day, and had 5 to 10 discussions. You know, posting too much will cost u too much time while too less will lead to few earnings. How do u deal with the contradiction? What's the number do u think for one person a day is proper?

I try for about 200 a day if possible.
