Y2K Problem????????????

it was a big issue during the year 2000.mostly we will be using two digits for the year.so for 2000 the computer will take as 00(that is last 2 digits).so if we want to find the difference of years between 1998 and 2000.,if it is allocated 2 digits then it will give as -2 years.,which is absurd.

Y2K means year 2000
actually in computer the first 2 digits will be same and they used to change last 2 digits in the year.For Example:1998==98
1954=54 and when the year came 2000 it became a problem as it will become 1900
so there was a big issue in that year but people has sorted it out and now there are no probs.
i know this.if anyone knows more tell me plz
