E-Gold Confusion...

I went to open up a E-gold account but I'm slightly confused on how I get money out once I start making some from myLot. I read the FAQ but I still dont get it. Can someone explain it to me in a simpler manner.

myLot acepts e-gold? either way, you have to send the money to an company that make the transaction between e-gold and the real money that they send to your bank account. search a litle for prices because they keep a small part for they.
