Ever Had ANNOYING phone calls from EARTHLINK??

They call me daily, even lying to whoever answers the phone to only try and sell me for their internet service, I have told them repeatedly to stop calling me, to take me off their list and they call the next day as though they never heard me, even sometimes it is the same guy, do you know if there is anything I can do with them to stop them from calling me??
