I think since the love are blind at first so the right timing to have your propost will be during the right mood on right time.....

when u stand on ur feet and when u feel he is miss perfect to u then that is the buddy to propose

when u get matured enough..and take up ur own decisions and do have a job to lead a independent life u can think to propose....

when you are sure it's the right thing to do and you know the answer you are goin to get

its ideal to propose when you can feel that he/she also likes you. That feeling comes from heart and belive me you can easily understand it that he/she likes you or not.

Ofcourse buddy If you love someone , someone either you or the other if she/he too loves you has to make an attempt! Things dont happen automatically! If you really love someone you should go and ask him/her What can happen! He/She wont talk to you! But atleast you will be relieved that atleast you made an attempt! Or yes maybe he/she has the same feelings for you You can never know unless you ask And its said "Its better to try and fail then not to try at all"

First date of any month, becz the month's salary in your pocket will give extra guts.

I would think the ideal time is when you know the other person well enough to know that you want to spend the rest of your life with them and you are sure that they think and feel the same way about you. Good luck.
