Brittney Spears did. Look at all the drama its causing her. I personally would not go out without undies on. I would probably be very cold down there. Would you ever go out without undies or have you ever gone out without undies? Did you accidently flash someone?

You should never go out in public without underwear on, that is just sleazy. At least wear a thong or something so you're not just buck-a$$ed naked. I think Britney probably did that on purpose to get attention.

I think these women are just trying to get all the attention they can. In their sick little minds, if they are not being talked about, they are unloved. I did flash someone once, I was in a swimming at the age of 15 and I jumped up out of the water, but my top decided to continue swimming:-0 One of the most embarrasing days of my life.
