i m having an aching pain in or around a tooth.sometimes i have severe pain and sumtimes its perfectly ok.but m not able to get it what it is....?plz help me out.when i open my mouth widely then also it occurs.When i eat something hot or something cold it always occurs.m having problems in laughing too.what shud i do?

Try tooth paste for sensitive teeth. If that does not work you should go see a dentisit immediately. You could have a cavity or a bad infection that could cause you to loose your teeth if it in untreated.

well i use good toothpaste but still it happens....tell me some home therapy before going to doc..?
