Who was the best lead singer in Pink Floyd Syd Barrett, Roger Waters or David Gilmore ???
For me it was Roger, who was for u ???

We all know Syd's real name was Roger and post Pink Floyd and his solo career he wished to be known by that name, so I agree Roger was the best singer. Of course, Roger Barrett - there's no contest. I'm sure that's what you meant really.Just playing with us. The way he sang was like no other person did, has or ever could sing, so raw and open. Innocent and deep. Childlike and as wise and finely tuned as the infinite.

I am a big Pink Floyd fan and have seen them in concert twice. I really liked Roger Waters but David Gilmore did a great job on lead vocals. Nobody can play the guitar like David Gilmore!

I liked Roger Waters, but I did not like the direction they took post-The Wall.
