American Idol Love or Hate

I like American idol and I always watch it when I have time. I have never disliked any episode lol I like more the beginning when they have people who don't sing well. That's when it's the most funny. I never voted for anyone. But I see that the votes don't matter that much. I remember one season, some guy who was African American I think and was kind of heavy, but I don't remember his name... He had a great voice and he won AI. But the second one whose name is Atkin I think had more success than him.

I think the show itself is a good one. However, I think Fox overkills with all the American Idol specials it does and that's why I never watch it any more.

I can't stand watching it. I am not a fan of popular music to start with, and then when you add in amateur talent, obnoxious judges and all the hype, no thank you!
