What is the best bank to use?
I have Bank of America, U.S. Bank and Central National Bank, and I also use Paypal. I like Bank of America best, they have the lowest fees, and I can pay all of my bills online and the online information is very protected and secure.

customer service is the most important for me, and so far i love Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank for their good customer service....though...if you try to default on their payment, their 'customer service' is very efficient too! LOL

Yeah, unfortunately I've learned that with Citicards! :(
