In search of case in Archbold

Can anyone help me here, i'm looking for this Archbold case; R v Mercer [2001] 4 Archbold News 1, i tried out Library here in the Fiji High Court but they don't seem to have Archbold News 1. If not, can anyone help me with regards to the prosecutions obligation to disclose particularity of a charge where a person has been alleged to have been a party to a joint enterprise to commit an offence. Any form of help will be very much appreciated.
