Apache vs. IIS

I personally think that Apache server is the best server to use in almost all types of web applications written in almost any language known to mankind! Best of all it's very stable (I tried IIS and I didn't like it at all ... it has very long response time and it's very NOT customizable). Anyway ... What do you have to say?
