I need some free groceries and stuff.or free coupons for free food w/o having to do anything for it. Or very little. I don't want to sign up for things ext. exept maybe a news letter in order to get the free item

Try going to mysavings.com There is a long form to fill out in the beginning and they try to get you sign up for a bunch of stuff but you don't have to do any of it. After that you can get free samples and coupons tons of stuff. I love it.

You may try getting on food stamps, or WIC if you live in the US. You can make quite a bit of money and still qualify for these benifits. Personally, I'm trying to find good coupons also, but haven't found any yet.
