Why one should / should not buy HP Notebook?

Dear Friends, Recently I purchased a HP Notebook and found several problems. I want to share with you all. 1.) Online processing is very-very slow. 2.) They don't provide the OS CD which creates lot of problem because we can't do partition of Hard Disc of our choice. 3.) Although Service Center is there but it also takes long time to resolve the problem. 4.) Tech Support and other people say at the end -"Its Company Policy" when they are unable to give the answer of the query. There may be good reasons but I am unable to find any at this point of time. Please do post your view so that others get benefit out of this.
