Can you Skate? I use to skate every winter but now I can not stand without the possibility of falling so I have had to hang up my skate. But I do miss it.

I always thought skating was like bike riding, you never forget. I just went skating on the weekend. One of the good things about winter.

As a teenager I would ice-skate at every opportunity. I loved to don a pair of skates and glide across the ice. I can still hear the sounds the blades would make as it met the ice. Now I can no longer skate. My ankles would not hold up. One of the hazards of aging!

On a good day,I can skate for almost a minute before running into the boards or wrapping my fingers around the ice.I swim better on ice than skate
