O, i made a mistake with mylot.. learn from it please

i thank the mylot community for reminding me of all the do's and don'ts here in mylot.. i receive a note coming from mylot community this morning telling me the things that i should not post here. I already apologized to them and thank them for not terminating my account here. So i will post here also so that whoever reads it specially the new members will take a lesson from it. According to mylot: 1. Never post with all caps. 2 Avoid using many punctuations 3. never start your discussions with a referal link. 4. avoid adult words 5. never post email address here there are lots more this are the mistakes that i make, i feel sorry about it and i will not do it next time. thanks to mylot, they are friendly community.
