Time for yourself

In today's world we are running after money. we have not much time for ourselves we are leading very busy lives. we have dreams that when free we will do this or that but somehow we are not getting that much time.. or we have responsibilities. We should spend some time on ourselves only..forgetting abt kids, spouse.. there should be some individualilty. what do you guys think??
