I am not sure I really understand the question... But I will try to answer it anyway (a fine mylot tradition!) I think men as a rule are very visually oriented, and as such get stimulated by seeing an attractive woman, in other word, the sight of an attractive woman releases endorphins into the male brain, this is an old adaptation to ensure the survival of the spceis.

I could just answer this question by saying that men like smexy women, because they are attractive, hence why we are attracted to them, but I feel like over elaborating. Men enjoy smexy woman, because sight is the main sense we humans use. Science has a theory, that when man stood up straight on two legs, we could see much farther than we could on all fours. Such increased visual perception probably boggled our minds, and primitive humans began to use this ability as much as possible. Due to such energetic and enthusiastic use of our eyes, sight became our prevailing sense in judgment, instead of something like taste, or smell. This habit has carried onto to us, the more advanced humans, which is apparent with our numerous visual prejudices. This is why men, such as myself, notice a smexy woman, we are instantly attracted because we use our sight to judge her. Of course, later on, this primitive, initial form of judging counts much less, but still is a prevailing factor, as we delve deeper into said smexy woman's actual personality and character.
