Yes I go to the gym and do regular weight training, it's important to do physical training especially when i work with computers all of the time and don't move much.

No, I don't. I used to exercise 2 days a week when I was having karate lessons but I quit some years ago and now I just do some push and sit-ups here and there, not often.
