Sunblock

Do you wear sunblock? You think you're supposed to, but are you really? There are over 5 pages that come up under "skin cancer sunblock" which state that sunblock is actually BAD for your health! What can you do then, to prevent skin cancer, and sunburns? What is the best alternative, do you think?

I usually try to, if I'm going fishing or if I'm going to be outside all day - I'm really pale and I burn easily!

i have a sunblock in my foundation but not in my moisturiser.if i,m going walking in cold weather i mix a little sunblock with my moituriser to keep my skin safe from the elements , i think it is important to wear it in hot weather but also in cold weather.i just have never been in the habit when i was young.
