DSR- Good Or Bad?

The new system of DSR, on which basis the members can rate any discussion is good only if it is benevolently used.If any member(without prejudice to anyone) intentionally clicks on a proper discussion the (-) sign then the rating falls and the earning also is reduced.So the system should be such as to rating is not on a basis which may cause harm to some of the serious members also. What do you think about his?
