well i've created so many topics till now but none of them became top discussion,so im trying to make myself happy by creating this topic and i wuold really appreciate if someone can share his tips on making a topic hot discussion and make this topic a hot topic.cheers

Well, firstly your topic has to be eye catching. Most eye catching topics here are people getting raped.. not sure whether it's true or not, but it seems like so many people in mylot are sexually abused for some reason or another.

Try simple questions. People like to talk about their pets and kids, and lifes situations. Good luck. Be sure to repond back to them, and give them a + if you are happy with them.

I've seen some people only create a few topics but always hot discussions..They only discussed what they want to discuss, but people respond. Do you know why? Because they've posted many quality responses and maintain quality friends. The quality friends always go to their profile and looking for quality discussions. Just enjoy at myLot and you will see many responses. Don't look for hot topics only, it's difficult to reply and discuss to many peoples..But, just try to discuss and help people. They will come to say thanks to you....

Yup..Quality friends..And one more else, just reply all the responses. When you reply the responses, it will put your discussion on the resent discussion page and maybe it could make them come back to see your quality reply. See..I'm coming back..

This is a great idea. When someone refers to this he is compelled to say "Furrukh's discussion is Today's Top Discussion". Our people use this tactic when naming their babies. I will try to translate, but its not easy. They will name a child "Honorable Sir" (in English it sounds a little silly). So even if the child is a begger everyone has to call him Honorable Sir.
