i went to apply for a job that i knew almost everything about but i had no degree in it and they said that i had to go to school to learn how to use a computer.
why do jobs say that you are not qualified for the job before they interview you.

Don't know why the ones which pretend a new post for a job disquallify fro the beginning. Maybe they saw at you something they didn't liked. Good luck!
