Sin City - the movie

I havent read he comics, but after watching the movie i definitely will. Great dark scenery (by the way i always liked dark movies)and its really the kind of movie i would watch again and again. I prefer the role by Mikey Roork, what a comeback in good roles for him! All actors were cool in this, even the Frodo guy :)

its one of my favorite movies. i actually enjoyed the movie better than the comic for one simple reason. the movie captured all the strange ticks and visual styling perfectly. and as anyone from the same generation as me knows, y read a book when you can watch a movie. haha. as for my favorite character that would be basin(sin)city itself. it is what gives all of the stories their dark and depressed feel.

I highly enjoyed this movie. I am not familiar with the comic, but I found the movie to be very well done.

I've seen the movie thrice.. Really great movie.. 300 will surely be a great movie as well..

I haven't read the comics - but they are on my list of things to read (my list is huge). I loved the movie so much I bought it on DVD when it came out. I love all the different story lines and the cinemaphotography.

I LOVE Sin City!! By far one of my favorite movies of all time. I am familiar with the comics, though I never read them. My favorite character (hands down) has to Marv. "That's one damn fine coat" LOL

I had read all Sin City comics and I waited long to se this movie and I think it was worth of waiting. I really liked this movie, specially because it was partly just like comics. Sometimes when movie is made based on game, comic or book only same thing between those are the name! I hate it when I see film based on something which I have liked and Hollywood has taken only name of that, but if you like something you usually go to see film what based on that thing.

I loved this movie, and the visual design, the characters, the screenplay and all.... It is also a challenge reached for laatin cinema and a good example for self makers and starters.

haven't read the comic version but seeing the film is like reading comics... its so unique and it has an all-star casts, i love it! ;)

This movie is so freaking awesome. Marv is my favorite and I really liked his story the best. But mt favorite scene was the one with Clive and the women against Benicio's character and his boys. That scene was awesome. And so was the car scene after that. I can't wait for the sequal.

I watched this movie but didn't like it at all.

I liked both. My favourite character has to be Marv. I was really pleased with how well the movie reflected the bleak atmosphere of the comic books. I was afraid they'd screw it up - like happens with most comics that are made into movies - but instead it was really well done.
