PTRs ask for platinum , gold , silver memberships.

Each and every PTR asks for different kinds of memebership fees varying from $ 10 to $ 200. Is there anyone who has paid these fees and got their payments from these PTR sites ? Please come out with your experiences, it would help all our friends.
