It is a matter of what you believe in. But do you agree that one needs to believe in something. you may simply believe in "Goodness". Would I be wrong in saying that goodness is your God. After all the entire mankind has divided itself in to different castes, creeds, religions, beliefs, cults. Each has it's own "God". In India, China and probably many other countries apart from a common god/s each village has its own diety. Most of us ( Human Race) need to believe in something because we probably need a standard to grade ouselves and others by and that something has to neccessarily be better than us.Hence God. (Somethihg like the assumptions you make as a scientist to prove or disprove a theory) It is not to say that I dont believe in god- I do. It is a question of what or whom you believe that God to be. But one thing is for sure -- you need to believe in something. For example, for the underprivileged, the provider of one square meal may be God! You probably mean you dont blieve in God in the form that you have been led to believe he exists. We Indians believe every wonder of nature to be a form of God if not God itself. We worship the rivers, the sea, trees etc.

Great discussion topic-I believe in God as an all powerful being but also that he is in everything. I also follow the rule that you must believe in something as the saying goes "where there is hope there is life" you got +'s Have a Blessed day :)
