My dog watches TV and tries to chase the animals that are on it! She has been doing this since she was a puppy, yes, its cute BUT it's not so cute when you can't watch anything with animals! She runs into the TV!! We have tried a water bottle to try to break her but nothing works. Anyone else have this problem???

Sasha will go after any animal, children, people running, anything on the TV, it is funny but lord it is annoying. Keep in mind she is 120 pounds running full tilt at the TV.

I'm not sure if they actually watch it but they listen to it. Certain sounds make them go nuts; doorbells, other dogs barking, opera music, kids crying. I do leave the TV on for them while I'm at work, so who know's maybe they watch soap operas all day long. lol

Not usually. Even when I point out other dogs, she is not interested. However, one morning I did catch her alone watching opera.

We have 2 dogs, the older one doesn't, but the puppy will sit there and stare at the tv. The cat will sometimes chase things on the screen.

This is funny... try making your dog a scheduelle for watching TV... like you do with kids... I bet she loves Animal Planet especially shows with cats and that show: World`s Funniest Animals!!! Please post a picture of your dog ... i would like to see how it looks...
