Where is the ANGEL MOVIE ?

Hey guys, it's been quite a long while after the last season of Angel. Do you remember the "Save Angel" campaign ? David Broneaz said that there will be no 6th season but may be an Angel Movie ?
So have you heard of any rumors of an upcoming Angel Movie ?

ive never heard of an angel movie but that would be great,i felt that the end of season 5 left us on a cliff hanger did they all die or what

There is definitely not going to be a movie, unfortunately. That ship has long past sailed. Angel's story, like Buffy's, is being continued through the comic serieses done by Dark Horse comics. The current run of Angel Comics is titled Angel: Auld Lang Syne, and the newest edition just came out a couple of weeks ago.

I had hoped they would come out with something but so far I haven't seen anything on it. Of course David Boreanaz is also busy with his new show Bones so that could be why. He may not have the time to do it. I'm sure the fans would like to see it happen though.

I haven't heard anything about one yet but who knows? After Serenity i'm not quite sure what Joss is doing at the moment. Is he working on a new show? I think Angel would work pretty well as a movie. Or maybe we could have another characters movie spin-off, that would be fun! Depending on the character.
