Will Rang De Basanti won Oscar!

y do not always compare the indian films with oscar awards i feel thats bad becoz its waste oscar is mainly given to hollywood movies but they throw off an award to best foreign film so do u think whether that is correct do feel one best picture can be produced my rest of the world in one year
