Hair Coloring Question.

When dying my hair why do the grey strands show through in a couple weeks when all the rest stays colored. Is there something different about the composition of the hair strand that won't let the die adhere properly?

Yes, there is a big difference between gray hair and hair that still has pigment. But right now I'm being yelled at so I must go offline and deal with this person interfering with this. Sorry...

You need to get what is called a root neutralizer it makes the roots abit darker so they grey doesnt show through near as fast but it is a given in time it will and the more you color your hair the more damage you do to it and grey sems to be the in thing now.
