Baked Apples with Date Stuffing

Ingredients: 6 Washed, cored and halved Apples; 6 Tbsp Chopped, pitted Dates; 1/3 cup Cranberry Juice; Dash of Cinnamon; Dash of Nutmeg. Method: 1) Put apples in glass baking dish. 2) Stuff them with 1 tbsp chopped dates and sprinkle with cranberry juice. 3) Sprinkle them with cinnamon and nutmeg. 4) Cook, covered, in an oven at 400 degrees F until they are tender, around 45-60 minutes. 5) Serve lukewarm, topped with a little plain yogurt and a smidgen of pure maple syrup.
