I like colorful fishes. I have been keeping an aquarium since I was in grade school. Just lost time recently to keep the hobby but 2 days ago I found my old 15 gals tank and would like to start again. I do have experience in keeping a fresh water aquarium but I would like to try a marine aquarium this time. I haven't done this before so I would like to ask those with some knowledge to point me in the right direction. Any suggestions?

i dont recommend a 15gal tank for a marine setup..it should be at least a 50gal to maintain proper water parameters.

Yes I think the minimum capacity for a marine tank would be 50 gals. Maybe I'll start another freshwater one instead. Thanks.

Hey thanks. That was a very fast reply. I know the freshwater tank is less work but is it really that hard to keep a marine one?
