Chili's and On The Border

I didn't know these 2 restaurants were owned by the same company - I'm really suprised b/c I*HATE* On The Border (they should call it "on the toilet") but I*LOVE* Chili's.
I wonder why one can be so bad and the other so good!
Maybe b/c Chili's has other options like burgers and ribs, and On the Border just has Mexican food.

That's what my mom said - she said their food is good, Italian food.

On the toilet! That's too funny, I like both places. Maybe you just had a bad experience at OTB. Chilis does rule though.
